Coco Coders is an Approved Vendor for Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) in Idaho.

How Do I Use my Idaho ESA funds to book Coco Coders lessons?

Step 1: Sign your child up for Coco Coders lessons via ESA here

Step 2: Download your invoice to use in the ClassWallet system

Step 3: Log into ClassWallet to process a payment from your Idaho ESA account

  • The Idaho Empowering Parents Program provides grants to eligible families for use towards eligible education services and devices to help students recover from learning loss.

    Idaho students ages 5-18 are eligible, regardless of whether they attend a public school, private school, or are homeschooled.

    Households with an AGI below $60,000 are prioritized for awards first, followed by households earning up to $75,000 per year

    Eligible families will receive $1,000 per eligible student, with a maximum of $3,000 per family.

    ESA funds can be used for tutoring, textbooks, extracurricular classes (such as Coco Coders), educational supplies, and other educational expenses.

  • Idaho ESA funds can be used for:

    • Extra-curricular classes and camps (such as Coco Coders) 

    • In-person and online tutoring services

    • Services contracted with a charter or district public school

    • Textbooks, curriculum, or other instructional materials

    • Computer hardware

    • Internet connectivity, or other tech services and devices

    • Educational software

    • School uniforms

    • Nationally standardized examinations

    • Educational therapies

    Idaho has contracted with ClassWallet to administer your ESA account and to process payments to service providers and vendors (see below)

  • To be eligible for a Idaho ESA

    • Must be an Idaho resident.

    • Must be between 5 and 18 years old.

    • Priority for households with AGI less than $60,000, followed by those less than $75,000.

    Can attend a public school, private school, or homeschool and be eligible.

  • Applications are currently closed

    Applications are scheduled to open on April 16th and be due by June 30th.
